Horizontal Crusher

Description

Horizontal Crusher is GUNMAK RaD Project. The machine consists of casted two special emery stones lay on each other. it is moved with main shaft connected to bottom stone. Upper stone is fixed. Dampened bulgur is spread between two stones at the entry; crushing and bran peeling are done. The stone distance is provided by bottom stone’s movement. Screw valve is applied to product outlet for capacity control. Besides pneumatic product cutter sensitive to ampere is used for protecting motor during squeezing.
