Automatic dampening machine

The intensive dampener is capable of adding up to 5% water to cleaned wheat with even distribution of moisture. The two-component injection system and the high material whirling via special rotor result in optimal intermixing with the atomized liquid, thus ensuring efficient moisture addition in flour and bran.

Description

‘- To measure moisture of flowing material with high accuracy
– To calculate the amount of water to be add (l/h) in required moisture values
– To control calculated value with water flowmeter
– To screen errors on the operator screen
– To raw material moisture at that instance in terms of %
– To screen the amount of water at that instance to be add (l/h)
– To screen the total amount of water to be add (l/h)
– Possibility to screen total amount of water added in terms of liter. Automatic reset in arranged time periods.
– System can be connect to computer and controlled by computer.
